These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mielo ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at heymielo.com and app.heymielo.com. By creating an account or using Mielo, you agree to these Terms.
Mielo is an AI-powered review management platform for restaurants. It allows you to connect your Google Business Profile, view customer reviews, and generate and publish responses automatically or manually.
You must be at least 16 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using Mielo, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@heymielo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Mielo offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using AI features. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorise Mielo to read your reviews and publish responses on your behalf. You remain responsible for all responses published through Mielo. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content published through your Mielo account, including any review responses — whether written by you, edited by you, or generated by AI and published via the auto-send feature.
Mielo acts as a tool that facilitates publishing on your behalf. We are not the publisher, editor, or author of any response posted to your Google Business Profile or any other platform. We exercise no editorial control over what you choose to publish.
AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. By publishing a response (manually or via auto-send), you confirm that you have reviewed it and take full responsibility for its content. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses are accurate, appropriate, compliant with platform policies, or free from errors.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mielo harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from content published through your account.
Mielo and its underlying technology are owned by us. Your restaurant data, brand voice settings, and review content remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim to keep Mielo available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mielo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including, without limitation, lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm resulting from published review responses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@heymielo.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.
